Partner of this event, on Thursday, March 23rd at 9:00, we will entertain 8 young people from the local Oyonnax mission accompanied by a manager.
This visit initiated by the AEPV aims to bring the world of business together with that of young people looking for work and/or training and to change their perception of the company and the industry.
After a short presentation on the history of the group, the young people will visit the company to discover the various trades, skills and know-how:
- DMA Machines specializes in the design/manufacture of special machines (high speed assembly machines, marking machines (pad printing, hot stamping, screen printing)
- DMA Print specialist in the supply of printing consumables
- DML Tôlerie, latest creation in 2012, for the boilermaking and laser-cutting part.
The application sectors are cosmetics, automotive and pharmaceuticals. DMA custom designs the machines developed with the customer during the realisation of the specifications. The know-how of the three companies based in a single location ensures the group autonomy, efficiency, responsiveness and the speed sought by the customer.
During the visit, the young people of the MILO will discuss with the employees their career, the technical aspects of their job, the vision of their job, their daily life…
